Privacy Notice for the Protection of Personal Data

This clarification text has been prepared by RUA Software ("Company") in accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the relevant legislation, in order to explain the procedures and principles regarding the processing of personal data of www.dr2connect.com ("Site") visitors whose personal data are processed by the Company.

Data Controller

Your personal data are processed by the Company, located at Mustafa Kemal Mahallesi, 2118 Cadde, No: 4a/36 Çankaya/ANKARA, in its capacity as data controller as specified in the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, limited to the explanations below.

Collection Methods and Legal Reasons for Your Personal Data

Your personal data, detailed below by categories, are processed by the Company in accordance with the legal reasons specified within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.

If you have become a member of the Site to benefit from the services of www.dr2connect.com ("Site"), please review the "Privacy Notice for the Protection of Personal Data for Clients" document. If you navigate within the Site without becoming a member, contact the Company for any purpose through channels such as e-mail or call center regarding services, and/or share information, these information may be processed as personal data. Therefore, please carefully choose which data you will share.

In this sense, your personal data are collected verbally, in writing and electronically through information systems, cookies, e-mail, call center and other information and documents provided by you. Your personal data may be processed based on the legal grounds that it is necessary for the performance of a contract or directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, that it is necessary to process personal data of the parties to the contract, or that it is necessary to process data for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right, or that it is necessary to process data for the legitimate interests of the Company provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms, and for the purposes specific to the subject of communication. Therefore, please share your personal information in accordance with this information when contacting the Company.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

Personal data may be transferred as specified in Article 8 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data if the visitor has explicit consent, or if the conditions specified in paragraph 2 of Article 5 are met. Apart from these, under no circumstances are your personal data transferred by the Company to third parties or abroad for any purpose.

Your Rights as a Site Visitor

Pursuant to Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 regarding your personal data;

• To learn whether your personal data are processed,
• If your personal data have been processed, to request information regarding this,
• To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
• To know the third parties to whom your personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
• To request correction of your personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
• To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the legislation,
• To request that the transactions carried out in accordance with subparagraphs (e) and (f) be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data have been transferred,
• To object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems, and
• In case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of personal data, to request the compensation of the damage.

Application and Complaint Process Regarding Your Personal Data

In the application;

• a) Name, surname and signature if the application is in writing,
• b) For citizens of the Republic of Turkey, Turkish ID number; for foreigners, nationality, passport number or identity number if any,
• c) Residential or workplace address for notification,
• ç) If any, e-mail address, telephone and fax number for notification,
• d) The subject of the request is mandatory.

You can submit your application to the Company via the email address info[a]dr2connect.com. In addition, if you fill out the form on the website www.dr2connect.com and send a signed copy of the form to the Company address specified above together with the information and documents that will fulfill the application conditions, your applications will be answered as soon as possible and at the latest within thirty days, depending on the nature of your request. In addition, if deemed necessary during the evaluation of the relevant requests, additional information may be requested upon the application. If the response to the application requires an additional cost, the fees in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority may be requested.
