Privacy and Cookie Policy

As RUA Software ("Company"), we are committed to always protecting the personal data of all visitors, consultants and doctors ("User") who benefit from the services of www.dr2connect.com ("Site"). This clarification text has been prepared in accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the relevant legislation, in order to define cookies that are collected through the Site and mobile application and are of personal data nature and explain their uses.

Data Controller

Cookies are processed by the Company, located at Mustafa Kemal Mahallesi, 2118 Cadde, No: 4a/36 Çankaya/ANKARA, in its capacity as data controller as specified in the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, limited to the explanations below.

What is a cookie?

Cookie: A cookie is a small text file that can be used to collect information about your activities on the Site, perform analysis and collect data for the Site to work in harmony and properly.

If the User accepts cookies, a cookie is placed on his/her device, or if the User has previously visited the Site and given consent to these cookies, cookies can be used. Cookie usage is not mandatory to use the Site. You can block or personalize cookies through your browser. However, if cookies are blocked, you may not be able to benefit from some features of the Site. Again, depending on your browser settings, these cookies may not be automatically deleted. Methods of Collecting Cookies and Legal Reasons

Cookies detailed below by categories are processed by the Company in accordance with the legal reasons specified within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. Accordingly, cookies are processed electronically by the Company or real or legal persons who process data on behalf of the Company within the scope of activities in the relevant sections of the Site or mobile application, according to their types, in cases where the User has explicit consent as required by paragraph 1 of Article 5 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, where it is necessary for the Company, which has the capacity of data controller, to fulfill its legal obligations as required by subparagraph c of paragraph 2 of Article 5, where processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right as required by subparagraph e of paragraph 2 of Article 5, where data processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the Company provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the user as required by subparagraph f of paragraph 2 of Article 5.

What cookies do we use on the Site?

Mandatory Cookies:

These types of cookies are cookies that are necessary for the Site to work properly. The use of these types of cookies is mandatory for the Site to continue its activities safely and to be used without problems. These types of cookies do not collect any data to market to the User, remember where you are on the internet, or track the User. Since the data collected through these types of cookies are necessary for the use and protection of the Site, it is not possible to disable them.

Functional Cookies:

These types of cookies are cookies used for the purposes of remembering personalization and preferences used in the Site and mobile application. These cookies are used to provide functionality other than mandatory cookies.

Performance / Analytics cookies:

These types of cookies provide statistical measurement for the purpose of analyzing the behaviors of Users navigating within the Site. These cookies are used to improve the Site and are also used to estimate visitor numbers of the Site, detect key search words and monitor Site navigation status. These cookies help improve the way the Site works as well as help the User easily find what they are looking for and produce content specific to themselves.

Advertising / Marketing cookies:

These types of cookies are used for advertising and marketing purposes and detect personal interests by tracking the User's online movements and aim to show ads to the User accordingly. How are cookies disabled or deleted?

Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your personal data will only be transferred to authorized public institutions and organizations in cases where the User has explicit consent as specified in Article 8 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, or where it is necessary for the Company to fulfill its legal obligations. Apart from these, under no circumstances are your personal data transferred by the Company to third parties or abroad for any purpose.

Your Rights as a User

Pursuant to Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 regarding your personal data;

• To learn whether your personal data are processed,
• If your personal data have been processed, to request information regarding this,
• To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
• To know the third parties to whom your personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
• To request correction of your personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
• To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the legislation,
• To request that the transactions carried out in accordance with subparagraphs (e) and (f) be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data have been transferred,
• To object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems, and
• In case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of personal data, to request the compensation of the damage.

Application and Complaint Process Regarding Your Personal Data

You can submit your applications regarding your above-mentioned rights in writing or by using the registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature or the electronic mail address previously notified by you to the Company and registered in the Company's system.

In the application;

• Name, surname and signature if the application is in writing,
• For citizens of the Republic of Turkey, Turkish ID number; for foreigners, nationality, passport number or identity number if any,
• Residential or workplace address for notification,
• If any, e-mail address, telephone and fax number for notification,
• The subject of the request is mandatory.

You can submit your application to the Company via the email address info[a]dr2connect.com. In addition, if you fill out the form on the website www.dr2connect.com and send a signed copy of the form to the Company address specified above together with the information and documents that will fulfill the application conditions, your applications will be answered as soon as possible and at the latest within thirty days, depending on the nature of your request. In addition, if deemed necessary during the evaluation of the relevant requests, additional information may be requested upon the application. If the response to the application requires an additional cost, the fees in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority may be requested.
