Biography
Dr. Türkmen Çiftçi Mersin Fen Lisesi ve Ankara Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesindeki eğitimini tamamladıktan sonra Hacettepe Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesinde Radyoloji İhtisası yapmış ve mecburi hizmetinin ardından Öğretim Görevlisi olarak Hacettepe Üniversitesi Girişimsel Radyoloji bölümüne geri dönmüştür. 2012 yılında Yardımcı Doçentlik, 2015 yılında Doçentlik ünvanlarını almıştır.
2019 yılında Fransa’ da radyofrekans ablasyon, mikrodalga ablasyon ve kriyoablasyon yöntemleri ile kanser tedavisi, vertebroplasti, kemik-omurga girişimleri ve ağrı tedavisi üzerine eğitim almıştır. Halen Hacettepe Üniversite Hastanesinde Profesör olarak görevine devam etmektedir.
Dr. Türkmen Çiftçi, The Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiological Society of Europe (CIRSE), Türk Radyoloji Derneği ve Türk Girişimsel Radyoloji Derneği üyesidir. Aynı zamanda Girişimsel Onkoloji Derneği yönetim kurulu üyesidir.
