Biography
zt. Zahide Pala, fizyoterapi ve rehabilitasyon alanında 30 yılı aşkın mesleki deneyime sahip olup lenfödem ve lipödem rehabilitasyonu başta olmak üzere kas-iskelet sistemi hastalıkları, omurga sağlığı ve pelvik taban rehabilitasyonu alanlarında hizmet vermektedir. Hacettepe Üniversitesi Fizyoterapi ve Rehabilitasyon Bölümü mezunu olan Pala, uzun yıllar Ankara Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Fiziksel Tıp ve Rehabilitasyon Kliniği’nde görev yapmıştır.
Mesleki çalışmaları kapsamında manuel lenf drenajı, skolyoz rehabilitasyonu, postür bozuklukları, ameliyatsız bel ve boyun fıtığı tedavileri ile ürojinekolojik cerrahiler sonrası rehabilitasyon alanlarına odaklanmaktadır.
Ayrıca koruyucu sağlık hizmetleri, evde fizik tedavi uygulamaları ve kişiye özel egzersiz programları konusunda çalışmalar yürütmektedir.
