Op. Dr. Übeydullah Sevgilip, lisans öncesi öğrenimlerinin ardından Dicle Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesini başarıyla tamamlayarak 2006 yılında Tıp Doktoru unvanını almıştır. İhtisasını ise, Dışkapı Yıldırım Beyazıt Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi'nde tamamlayarak 2013 yılında Ortopedi ve Travmatoloji Uzmanı olmuştur.
